Fantastic location and a beautiful hotel with a very cosmopolitan breakfast which was very impressive. Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. One drawback if you are arriving by car the parking is very limited and we had major problems trying to find the overspill car park- a ‘take and pick up service’ would be perfect here.

Suite we stayed in very clean and comfortable, well equipped and quiet (on the 6th Floor). Good breakfast if a bit shambolic, buffet style so everyone trying to help themselves at the same time, but staff very quick if anything was required.

Top marks to this lady for personalised service. The leisure facilities were clean, quiet and well maintained. The steam room, sauna and jacuzzi were just what was needed. The breakfast was vast with something for everybody. Halal sausages on request and a smoothie station were a nice touch not seen before. The smoothies were nice and the staff took the time to voluntarily share information with you on what was in the smoothie. The stay was a delight with an easy check-in and check out experience. Overall, perfect stay with staff making it a memorable one when the opportunity did arise.

Some good places to visit such as the trampoline Park and crazy golf, but the main atrium feels soulless and empty. This place has so much potential as an entertainment hub but always feels somewhat lacking. I hear that it is a no-go spot at night but we always visit in the daytime.

Due to his poor complaints handling we requested he left notes on our check out invoice so that we could show this with a formal complaint that I could email to the hotel. Mark advised he had done this and he placed the invoice inside a sealed envelope. I opened the envelope and to my disbelief there were pelo additional notes of the complaint we raised. When questioned Mark advised he is unable to leave notes on the invoice which made me immediately distrust him and anything he had previously said to me. I have since written a formal complaint via email and it has been over a week without receiving any acknowledgement or reply. This is apparently one of the get more info best hotels in Birmingham city centre. The experience me and my partner faced was more towards the standards of a Travelodge or premier inn and even in those hotels you would receive a much better service with compensation or even refund. I would not usually leave such a review but the experience I faced was disgusting and I was made to feel at blame by Mark and feel I gave pelo choice having had pelo reply or acknowledgement to my formal complaint and believe others should be aware of this awful stay. Avoid this hotel.

Everything about this hotel is superb. We needed a dog friendly hotel and it certainly is that. But that's not to say that any guests without dogs are aware of them as certain areas are understandably out of bounds to dogs.

Small, not particularly welcoming and very quiet when I was there. Poor drinks offerings and food is restaurant only which is awkward if you want to play games.

I loved how nice the personnel at the reception were! They also have these social nights with drinks and snacks which was the best welcome I could have asked for after my train delayed 2 hours!

Like an idiot, I booked for the wrong day. When I realised, I called them and asked if there's any chance to change this to the day before. They said pelo, so I booked another hotel. And then they changed the reservation anyway, so I ended up paying for two hotels. But that did not matter as soon as I checked in. It's in a beautiful and QUIET area of Birmingham (Friday night) - I didn't think those two things existed there, the room, which was more like an apartment, was breathtaking.
